Jamestown  (CSi)  The Jamestown City Fire Department was called to 1606  16th Street Southwest about 9:25 -a.m., Friday.

Lt. Sheldon Mohr says there was no fire.  The resident accidentally turned on the empty toaster, setting a grocery bag on it, creating the smell.

No damage reported with two city fire units  and 20 fire fighters on the scene about 10 minutes.
