Jamestown  (CSi)  Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger says, the suspect in the SuperPumper armed robbery, Travis James Allcock is in custody.

He was taken into custody in Clay County Minnesota Friday  morning.

In the news release, the Chief thanks  everyone who contacted law enforcement with information over the last few days, and to all of the area law enforcement agencies that assisted with the investigation.

Jamestown  (JPD)  Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger Thursday afternoon reported that, a suspect has been identified and is being sought in the armed robbery at the Superpumper truck stop in Jamestown.  34 year old Travis James Allcock  of Valley City has been identified as a suspect through multiple investigative sources.

Allcock is approximately 5″10″ tall and weighs approximately 200
lbs.   He may be driving a blue 1993 Toyota Camry with ND license plate
518BVX.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.  Do not approach Allcock as he is considered armed and dangerous.  If you know of Allcock’s
whereabouts, notify law enforcement immediately.

Jamestown   (AP/CSi) — Jamestown police is investigating a reported armed robbery at a convenience store, and is requesting the public’s assistance with any information.

Assistant Police Chief, Maj. Justin Blinsky says a clerk at SuperPumper reported a man entered the store about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, displayed a weapon, and fled with an undisclosed amount of money, and some personal items.  The clerk wasn’t hurt.

Blinsky says a blue or brown pickup truck was seen leaving the store at the time of the robbery, but it’s not known if it’s connected.

The suspect is described as a white male between 5 foot 7 inches and 5 foot 9 inches tall. The person was estimated to be between 25 years and 40 years of age, slightly heavy set with short brown hair and blue eyes.  He has a very noticeable tattoo on his right hand.
