WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Voters in the West Fargo School District have overwhelmingly approved a $107 million bond referendum to pay for school construction and renovation to keep pace with student growth.The measure needed 60 percent approval to pass and got 71 percent in Tuesday’s special election.The money will fund a third high school, a middle school, additions or renovations at elementary schools, security upgrades and artificial turf for three high school football fields.
