Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Mar 26, 2013)– A 51 year old man from Milwaukee, faces multiple felony charges, in Southeast District Court.
The charges stem from events that occurred this month. Adrian Williams, from Milwaukee, was charged on March 14 with gross sexual imposition, a Class AA felony.
A criminal complaint alleges that Williams is accused of “engaging in a sexual act with another and by compelling the victim to submit by force or by threat of imminent death, serious bodily injury, or kidnapping, to be inflicted”
Williams has also been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, two Class A felonies.
The investigation alleges that Williams sold counterfeit merchandise at his store, Spotlight Clothing and Accessories, at First Avenue South in Jamestown.
Williams is in custody at the Stutsman County Correctional Center, with Bond set at $40,000.
Investigations are be led by the Stutsman County Drug Task Force, and Jamestown Police.
