(CSi)  Valley City officials report that paving of 3rd Avenue South East in Valley City  resumed on Tuesday 10/2/2018. During paving operations, the intersection of 3rd Ave and 4th st SE will be closed. It is expected that the intersection will be reopened the morning of Wednesday 10/3/2018.

During this shutdown 3rd Ave will be closed from College Street to Main Street. Access VCSU from 4th Ave SW during this closure.
