(uj.ed)The Hastings (Neb.) College Broncos outscored the University of Jamestown women’s basketball team 27-18 in the fourth quarter in an 81-70 win at Harold Newman Arena Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
*The Jimmies opened the game with eight of the first 10 points and led by as many as eight (18-10) with 4:33 in the first quarter.
*Hastings finished on an 8-0 run to take a 21-20 lead going into the second.
*A back-and-forth battle saw three ties and 13 lead changes in the second period. Neither team had more than a two-point advantage.
*Gabby Grasso tied the game for Hastings with a basket just two ticks before the haltime buzzer.
*Another 8-0 Hastings run to open the third quarter saw the Broncos take the biggest lead of the game at 48-40 following a bucket by Sophia Pankratz at 7:27.
*Allison Jablonsky (JR/Blaine, Minn.) knocked down a three-pointer to bring the Jimmies within a basket at 54-52 with 2:28 in the third.
*The Broncos broke the game open with a 14-3 fourth quarter run over 2:25 to go up 13 points, 68-55.
*UJ was forced to play catchup for the remainder of the game and was unable to get within four points the rest of the way.

FOR UJ
*Jablonsky and Emma Stoehr (SO/Woodbury, MN) each had 15 points while Mya Buffetta (SO/Mountain Iron, MN) was also in double figures with 10.
*Courtney Mosloski (JR/Fairmont, MN) led the Jimmies with five rebounds. Noelle Josephson (FR/Ramsey, MN) passed out a team-high five assists.
*The Jimmies turned the ball over just 11 times and had a 22-13 edge in points off turnovers.
*UJ was just 5-for-9 at the free throw line.

FOR HASTINGS
*Grasso and Shandra Farmer both finished with a game-high 19 points.
*Mackenzie Willicott added 11 points and seven rebounds.
*The Broncos made 23-of-27 free throw attempts and outrebounded the Jimmies 42-29.
