Jamestown (CSi) The U.S. Postal Service has suspended mail delivery for Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota on Wednesday, Jan. 30, because of worsening weather conditions related to Polar Vortex “Jayden”. The Carrington office will be open from 10:00am – 11:30am & 12:30p – 3:30pm to pickup mail.
Postal operations are also being suspended in Iowa, western Wisconsin and western Illinois. Retail operations at local offices will be available, but may be limited.
There will be no mail pickup from businesses or collection boxes. There also won’t be residential or commercial package pick-up services.
