Jamestown (CSi) Jamestown police arrested a female early Sunday on suspicion of aggravated assault stemming from an incident, involving a weapon, reported Saturday, night, in Northwest Jamestown
Assistant Police Chief Major Justin Blinsky says the call came in just before 11 p.m., to the residence.
A 26 year-old man was taken to Jamestown Regional Medical Center for injuries he received in the incident.
Blinsky says, “During the course of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the residence where the crime was believed to have been committed. Due to the possible safety risks to officers and the seriousness of the offense, the James-Valley Special Operations Team was activated to carry out the warrant.”
At about 5 a.m. Sunday, the search warrant was executed at 814 4th Avenue, Northwest. Three subjects were located inside the residence and were detained. When the residence was secured and deemed safe by the James Valley Special Operations Team, it was turned over to investigating officers for further processing.
Arrested was 44 year old Danielle Yvonne Hall, of Jamestown, on suspicion of aggravated assault and suspicion of possessing marijuana paraphernalia.
She was remanded to the Stutsman County Correctional Center and awaiting formal charges.
Assisting Jamestown Police were: The James Valley Special Operations Team, the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department and the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
