Rachel Hoffmann, 95, Medina, ND died Tuesday April 9, 2013 at the Eventide at Hi-Acres in Jamestown, ND.

Rachel Hins was born June 7, 1917 on the farm North of Medina, ND.

She and Henry G. Hoffmann were married November 26, 1937 at Medina, ND. They farmed east of Medina until their retirement in1978 when they moved into Medina. She was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ in Medina, ND.

She is survived by her sister, Clara Brastrup, Medina, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 son, 2 brothers, and 5 sisters.

Interment

– Medina Cemetery in Medina, ND.
