Jamestown (CSi) Senator John Hoeven says he has worked with SkyWest and United Airlines to restore the previous flight schedule, as SkyWest announced last month that flights would change from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM beginning April 29th. Flyers have expressed concerns as fewer connecting flights would be available with a later departure time.
Hoeven says, “Without this flight option, residents of these communities would have faced significantly longer travel times. Airports and the possibility of losing out on AIP grants. That’s why we made the case to SkyWest and United to restore this flight, and we welcome today’s decision.” (To restore the previous schedule.)
The morning flight will depart Jamestown at 9:30 a.m. from April 29 through May 31 before returning to the original 6:30 a.m. departure time on June 1.
