* WHAT…Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. .3 to 5 inches of snow in the Jamestown area Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9 inches expected. As much as much as 8 to 12 inches of snow in the Ellendale and Fargo areas. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Travel could be very difficult. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
