Bismarck  (uj.edu)  Governor Doug Burgum signed HB 1384 which expands the Private Education Tax Credit to individuals and increases the cap from 20% to 25% of the taxpayers’ income tax, up to $2500 for contributions made to private schools in North Dakota.
