Valley City  (CSi)  KLJ reminds motorists in Valley City that construction  on the City Commission approved $2.2 million Streetscape project in Downtown Valley City has started, along Central Avenue.   Go to CSi 68 to view the “Downtown CAM” , located on Central Ave.  During downtown construction the CAM will point south most of the time.

Project Manager , Chad Peterson explains that Central Avenue is closed from Main Street to 3rd Street. He adds that  weather permitting, the First Phase of construction should be completed before the June Rally in the Valley, saying that the project will not disrupt the Soap Box Derby in early June.   Strata Corporation was awarded the bid.
