Bismarck  (NDDOT)  A construction project began Thursday, January 30, on ND Hwy 11, approximately 3.5 miles west of Ellendale. During the project, the eastbound lane will be temporarily closed to traffic and motorists will need to stop and take turns through the construction zone. Work on the project will only take place during the daylight hours.

The project is expected to be complete near the end of February.
