Steven Allan Bosch – Jan 27, 2020

Steven Allan Bosch, 57, from Streeter, ND, died peacefully in his home on January 27, 2020 holding the hand of his loving wife.

Steve was born to Joseph & Alvina (Franck) Bosch on June 13, 1962 in Bismarck, ND. He attended Streeter Public School where he graduated in 1982. He started working for Thilmer Iszler in 1983. He continued to work alongside Thilmer on the ranch, eventually building a partnership in 1996 and then taking ownership in 2006.

He married Raelene (Ellsworth) on April 28, 1990. Together they built their life and home on the ranch raising 3 daughters. He was always feeding cows, checking cows, buying cows, or just looking at cows. But even more than his cows, Steve loved his grandchildren.

His is survived by his wife Raelene; 3 daughters Lexi Whitehorn, Paige (Thomas) Wilen, Danielle (James) Pearson; grandchildren Roman, Lucas, Parker and Berlyn Whitehorn, Sydney and Sawyer Wilen; siblings Betty (Jack) Gross, Dave Bosch, Mark (Sylvia) Bosch; nephews, nieces, and countless friends.

Steve is preceded in death by his parents; siblings Linda Cox, Patty Gumke, Frank Bosch; son-in-law Zach Whitehorn; and 2 nephews Austin Gross, Matt Bosch.

Prayer Service – Haut Funeral Home in Jamestown on Friday at 7:00 pm with the viewing starting at 4:00pm.

Funeral Service – 11:00 AM Saturday, February 1, 2020, Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Streeter, ND

Burial – Frieden’s Cemetery NW of Streeter

In Steve’s honor, jeans and your “best” t-shirt are perfectly acceptable attire. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be made to the Red River Valley Hospice.
