Shirley Latham was born on August 8, 1935 to Victor and Mamie (Knight) Latham, in Nortonville, KY. She passed away on March 14, 2020 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
She and Raymond Gunsch were united in marriage on May 3, 1958 in Dawson Springs, KY. Shortly after marriage they moved to ND. Of this union two children were born; Lance and Melia.
Shirley worked alongside Raymond for many years at Ray’s Printing in Jamestown.
After retiring, she spent her free time relaxing at home, watching her favorite shows on TV, working crossword puzzles, and daily phone calls with her sister, Joyce in KY.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, parents, infant brother, Ralph Latham, and sister, Barbara (Agent) Parrent.
Shirley is survived by her children: Lance Gunsch and Melia (Joey) Cotton, grandchildren: Trevor (Cassandra) Tollefson, Haley (Darian Krueger) Cotton, and Sara Cotton, great-grandchildren: Trigger Tollefson and baby Tollefson, and sister, Joyce Latham.
Private Family Services Will Be Held This Week.
Arrangements are in the care of Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.
