Fargo (KFGO) – Fargo police say those involved in a deadly shooting in north Fargo are being questioned but there have been no arrests. The shooting happened at around 7:45am on Tuesday, May 12th near Northport Shopping Center. Police responded to reports of multiple gunshots. Police said that one of the people involved was taken to the hospital and was in surgery.
An eyewitness said he saw a car swerve out the Northport parking lot after crashing into several signs. The car was damaged and ended up on the boulevard of a house across the street. The eyewitness said several people inside the car were fighting. Two men then got out of the vehicle after it crashed and walked past his pickup. Both were carrying pistols. He called 9-1-1.
The eyewitness says police found one of the men nearby who appeared to have been wounded. A second man was found several blocks away.
