The male suspect fled on foot. The suspect was tracked by a Fargo PD K-9 officer to the registered owners residence in Horace. The suspect was not located or taken into custody. The suspect in this incident is known and the incident is still under investigation by the NDHP. Charges will be filed when the investigation is complete.
