Kidder County (NDHP) The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, at 7:23-a.m.m Saturday, on Highway 3, about 8-miles north of Steele, a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 was traveling southbound on Hwy 3. The driver drove off the west shoulder, over-corrected, and entered the east ditch. The vehicle overturned in the east ditch. One of the occupants, 18 year old Roger Yankton III was ejected and sustained serious injuries. Another occupant, an unidentified 17-year-old male sustained injuries. Both were transported to Sanford Hospital in Bismarck by Kidder County Ambulance. The Kidder County Sheriff’s Office also investigated at the scene. The incident is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
