Jamestown (CSi) Tuesday morning the sky to the west was filled with black smoke. The source of the fire is a controlled burn at Helena Chemical on the Hwy 281 bypass west of Jamestown.  CSiNewsNow contacted Helena Chemical and they confirmed it is a controlled burn by them.
