Frieda Wieland was born May 31, 1926 to Emmanuel and Barbara Wieland of Streeter, North Dakota, She died on (August 27, 2020) in Jamestown, North Dakota.  She lived in Streeter with her parents until 1983 and then moved to Jamestown with her mother, living together until 1991.   Frieda was kind and caring.  She cared for her parents doing cooking, cleaning and laundry and loved to embroider.   She is remembered for entertaining all around her with her sense of humor and unique outlook on life.Frieda is preceded in death by her parents, Emmanuel and Barbara Wieland, her brother Pastor Erwin Wieland and sister-in-law Nelda (nee Cornelius).  She is survived by nephews Mark, Steven, Timothy and niece Ann “the girl”!

 

Frieda will be buried with a graveside service at 2:00 PM in the Streeter Lutheran Cemetery, Streeter, North Dakota on September 19, 2020.

Memorials may be given to St. Lukes American Lutheran Church in Streeter, North Dakota.
