Richard “Dick” Dixon, 88, of Jamestown, North Dakota died on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at his home.
Dick was born in Santa Anna, CA on October 3, 1931. He moved to Oregon to live with his grandparents and later moved back to Los Angeles, CA to finish schooling. He became active as a salesperson.
He has one son from a previous marriage. Dick lived in Las Vegas and other different areas.
Dick lived in Bismarck, ND where he met Lillian and they were married on February 3, 1967.
He really enjoyed fishing and hunting, was a lifelong member of the Elks, and was a founding member of the El Zagal Mystic.
Dick is survived by his wife, one son; Craig (Yolanda) Dixon, Chula Vista, CA, two step children; Melody Kemmet, Jay Biloff, many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
Upon the family’s request, face masks are required to be worn and social distancing take place at the service that is open to Dick’s family and close friends.
Memorial Service: 10:30AM, Friday, September 25, 2020 at Eddy Funeral Home with Pastor Peter Simpson and Craig Dixon officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Hospice or Humane Society.
