Dogs, Owners Relay For Life Event

Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — “Bark for Life,” a new Stutsman County Relay for Life fundraiser is set for Thursday, Jun 20, 2013, from 6-p.m., to 8-p.m., at Peppers Dog Park, at 103 13th Street Southwest, in Jamestown.

Registraion is at 5:15 p.m., with opening ceremonies at 6-p.m., followed by a walk around the park, and food, music and activities.

Early registration is $10 per dog. Day of registration $15.

All dogs must be on a leash, and please by ready to clean up after your four-legged freinds.

Prizes will be given for the Best Relay Dog, and for the owner showing the Most Relay Spirit.

During the event a collection will be made for animal supplies to be donated to the James River Humane Socity, and Prairie Paws Rescue.

Items needed include…blankets, leashes, paper towels, dog and cat treats, Dawn dish soap, Mr. Clean, toys, and cleaning supplies.
