Update Emergency Utility Repair Work Completed,NW Jamestown

Update… The work at the locations was completed about 4:30-p.m., on Friday. Water restrictions are no longer necessary in those areas.

Jamestown, ND  (KCSi-T.V. News Jun 21, 2013)  — The Jamestown City Engineer’s office reports that ffectively immediately, the City of Jamestown is requesting residents to REDUCE WATER AND SEWER USE  in the area from:

1^ST AVE N TO 8^th AVE NW and between 5^TH ST NW TO 19^TH ST NW

 3^RD Ave NW to 8^th Ave NW between 1^st St West to 13^th St NW

City crews are  working on the repairs in this area, on Friday afternoon.  The high ground water levels along with higher river levels are creating a significant impact in this area. City Crews will continue to work on the repairs throughout the day.
