Bismarck (NWS  (2-11-21)  This outlook is also the first in the biweekly Spring Flood and Water Resources Outlook series where the National Weather Service issues an updated outlook centered on the spring flood season through the end of March.

The second in this series will be issued on 25 February, 2021 with the 3rd and final  issued on 11 March.
