(NDHP)  The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, a 30 year old Napoleon man was cited following a rollover Thursday about 2:30-p.m. at Expressway (I-194) northbound on-ramp from eastbound Memorial Highway (I-94B)

The vehicle was traveling east from Kist Livestock Auction, heading to Napoleon, ND, via Memorial Highway (I-94B). The truck was traveling under 15 mph on the cloverleaf on-ramp to Expressway (I-194) northbound. The front, left tire drove off the roadway to the left. The truck rolled onto its left side. The circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation.

The truck was loaded with approximately 111 cattle. Several cattle escaped from the trailer when the truck came to rest. Kist Livestock assisted in recovering the escaped cattle.

The Driver, 30 year old Evan Gross of Napoleon was not injured.  He was cited for distracted driving and DUI.
