Lisbon (NDHP) The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a pickup pedestrian accident happened Thursday about 9:50-p.m., on Highway 32-at mile marker 35.5 (Lisbon, ND)
A Ford F350 pickup was traveling south bound on Highway 32 from Lisbon. A female pedestrian, 61 year old Mary Boos, of Lisbon was reported to be in the south bound lane of Highway 32. The pickup driver 42 year old, Johnathan Qual of Lisbon braked and attempted to swerve away from Boos. The Ford struck Boos near the front driver side. Boos and the Ford pickup came to rest in the south bound lane and right-hand shoulder. Boos was transported by Lisbon ambulance and flown by Sanford Air Med to Essentia Hospital to be treated for her injuries sustained in the crash.
The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
