Jamestown  (CSi)  Otter Tail Power Company reports an underground fault was the cause of a power outage in Jamestown that occurred on Saturday, October 16.

Spokesperson Rebecca Michael in Fergus Falls, Mn says, the outage affected 1100 customers in NW and parts of SW near the railroad tracks in Jamestown.

The outage occurred from 2:20-p.m. to 6:45-p.m.  It included Historic Franklin School (home to CSi TV & Internet) which ran nearly 5 hours on the building’s Natural Gas Stand-By generator.
