About the play:  Despite the title, this play is actually a hilarious comedy! Dr. Cecelia Monahan has a serious problem. As a therapist who runs a support group for single and divorced women, she must listen to a number of relationship problems from her unusual cadre of patients as well as dealing with the unsolicited advice of her live in mother on subjects ranging from dating to cooking recipes. The doctor, however, is not above using some unorthodox methods of her own such as hiring out of work actors to role play with her patients. It is only when Cecelia meets the new substitute package delivery man that the doctor must learn to practice what she preaches!

Also on our show, Mindi pointed out that,Watercolor or Mixed Media Hack with Linda Roesch will be on Saturday October 30, from 1-p.m. to 3-p.m. at the Arts Center.

Painting with watercolors can be quite challenging, even for the seasoned artist.  In this class, you’ll experiment with mixed media techniques that can help take the stress of painting with watercolors.  See how you can add line work and finer details or sketch quickly on the go using watercolor pencils, watercolor markers, and sharpie.

The Jamestown Arts Center in Downtown Jamestown is open Monday- Friday 9-a.m., to 5-p.m., and Saturdays 10-a.m. to 2-p.m.  Call 701-251-2496
