(CSi)  Jamestown Tourism approved Grant Requests under the Visitor Promotion Capital Improvement Construction fund.

On Tuesday’s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, Director Searle Swedlund said approved were grant requests for Fort Seward, for Flags and Flag Storage. Jamestown Arts Center, for fa projector, and Frontier Village, for the General Store Interior Upgrades.

The next round of grants are due on March 1, 2022.

With Frontier Village, Searle pointed out that Tourism will be reaching out to the community on ideas and suggestions concerning, “What do we want Frontier Village to Mean?”

He added that a rebranding firm has been hired to support the process of refreshing the brand.

He also pointed out at that at the J-Bros N Me Flea Market November 5 & 6 the one dollar admission fee will be donated toward Frontier Village, on going improvements.
