Jamestown   (CVHD)  COVID vaccination clinic for children 5- to 11-year-old. The vaccination clinic will be held on Thursday, November 11 in the main entrance of the Jamestown Civic Center from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Due to limited space, please limit attendance of the event to the child receiving the vaccination and one parent or guardian.
