Bismarck  (NDHP)  On Thursday, November 4th, at approximately 10:32 pm, a ND Highway Patrol Trooper attempted to stop a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado on I-29 in Fargo for traveling 95 mph in a 55 mph zone. When the trooper initiated the traffic stop, the Silverado did not stop.
The driver of the Silverado exited northbound I-29 onto 13th Ave and then re-entered southbound I-29, continuing to flee, eventually taking the exit ramp to travel westbound on I-94.
Near MM 345 on westbound I-94, a West Fargo Police Officer was able to successfully utilize a tire deflation device on the Silverado, affecting two tires.
Near MM 341 on westbound I-94, the Silverado lost the front right tire, and the suspect stopped the vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway.
The suspect was taken into custody without further incident. The suspect was Glen Reiner, 33 YOA, Bismarck, ND. Reiner is facing a felony charge for fleeing and a misdemeanor charge for driving under the influence. Reiner is currently in custody at the Cass County Jail.
