CST SUNDAY… for Valley City, Barnes County, and eastern ND

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
30 below zero.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, northwest and west
central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Use caution while outside. Wear appropriate winter clothing.
