Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The Jamestown City Fire Department responded to a call about 9:30-p.m. Friday (Aug 2, 2013) to a car fire in the parking lot of Jamestown Area Ambulance Service, at 501 First Avenue, South.
Upon arrival the owner had put out the fire under the dash, with a dry chemical extinguisher.
The probable cause was electrical.
No injuries reported with two units responding and on location about 15 minutes, with other fire fighters on standby at the city fire hall
