(CSi) The Freedom Convoy started out from Minot at 10am with a dozen Semi-trucks headed down highway 83 south. Making it to Bismarck by Noon.
As 2:30pm approached. the cold and wind could not stop the crowd of well wishers at the exit 256, to give their support for their convoy. Vehicles on the interstate and driving over the bridge were celebrated.
The parade of semis, trucks, and cars were decorated with signs and flags. The trucks will join up with another group of trucks in the state of Wisconsin at the junction of I-94 & I-90 as they travel to D.C.
The Convoy is part of the American Truckers Freedom Fund. ATFF is processed through an independent fundraising platform, to assure that individual truckers receive direct assistance for food, fuel, and supplies while on this trip.
