The 2005 Toyota was traveling eastbound along Highway 10 in the area of 112th St NE – Bismarck. The 1990 Freightliner was traveling westbound along Highway 10 in the area of 112th St NE – Bismarck. Road conditions in the area were icy. The driver of the Toyota lost control and entered the westbound roadway. The Toyota and Freightliner collided and came to rest in the north ditch.
The driver of the Toyota Camry was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Freightliner was not injured.
