Jamestown  (City)  The City of Jamestown plans to hold citywide cleanup again in 2022, May 9 through May 13, when designated items can be placed on the curbside of residential areas to be picked up and disposed of by city crews.

Residents are asked to place items on the roadway as close to the curb or shoulder as possible. Materials must be out by 7 AM the morning of your designated cleanup day. Areas are based on resident’s street address. This may not necessarily be the same day as your garbage collection.

Dates and sites include:
Monday, May 9 Southeast (SE) section of the City
Tuesday, May 10 Southwest (SW) section of the City
Wednesday, May 11 Northwest (NW) section of the City
Thursday, May 12 Northeast (NE) section of the City

For the week of May 9 through the 14, the city baler and landfill will be open 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 3 PM Saturday.

All items left at a property after the City truck collects accepted items are the responsibility of the property owner. Trucks will not return to collect any remaining items once the route is complete.

As a reminder, each resident is allowed to dispose of 500 pounds at no extra charge each month at the City Baler and Landfill. You must show proof of residency.
