Valley City  (CSi)  The city of Valley City plowed downtown at midnight Wednesday and  started clearing residential areas starting with the Northeast section of the city and working clockwise after the emergency routes are finished.

A reminder from Public Works Director Clint Klemisch that vehicles parked on emergency snow routes will be towed if they are not removed while city crews are trying to remove snow.
