Jamestown (CSI) The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) recommends approving a request from Agri-Cover for PACE funding to build an addition to the business. The added facility would create around 35 new jobs and includes equipment and automation.
The new facility would be built to next to the existing Agri-Cover facility. PACE funding is qualified for by job creation or through capital investments. Shevlin says Agri-Cover will meet both of those qualifications and be eligible for the max buydown dollars of $500,000 from the Bank of North Dakota. This would be matched with a community portion of $215,000 on a 70/30 split between the city and county
They will receive an incentive period of about 10 years before needing to repay both the city and county share.
