Valley City  (VCSU)  – Valley City State University (VCSU) president Alan LaFave has complimented the city, county and U.S Army Corps of Engineers and all the volunteers who helped during the flood.

A shuttle bus for people to get to the VCSU campus is available this week until further notice from 7am to 5pm. The bus will pick up riders in the west parking lot of the W.E. Osmon Fieldhouse.
