Jamestown, ND – The Jamestown Patriotic Council will be having a Memorial Day remembrance program beginning at 9 A.M. on Monday, May 30 at the KC hall.
With ceremonies, speaker, and Drum and Bugle Corp performance. Following the program there will be ceremonies at the Nickeous Park bridge, Ft. Seward, and city cemeteries. All are invited to a social and free-will luncheon at the All Vets Club beginning at 11:15. The club lounge will open at 10am and will close around 1:00 on this day of remembrance.
All in the community are invited to attend the events and luncheon commemorating those who have fallen in battle from all wars eras. Please pause on Monday 29th, and give a heartfelt thanks to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and the many freedoms, large and small, that we enjoy in our daily lives.
