All early morning Internet maintenance work was completed by the carrier that connects CSi to Fargo,   work was done by 1:30AM Weds May 25,  and Internet browsing restored to normal.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Previous Announcement:  Notice to CSi Broadband Internet Users:  The carrier that connects the CSi Broadband Network Operations Center to the Internet connection in Fargo and on to Minneapolis, will be conducting maintenance work early Weds morning.

During the maintenance work, your Internet service may be down for up to 1 hour.  Date: Wednesday May 25, 2022

When: Sometime between 12:01am and 5am early Weds morning Duration:  Interruption not to exceed more than 1 hour,  likely to be much shorter. Who:  CSi customers in Jamestown and Valley City.

No need to call.   No need to reboot your modem.
