(JPD) The Jamestown Police Department has announced that two convicted high-risk sex offenders have moved to Jamestown and another convicted high-risk sex offender has changed addesses within the city.
Daniel Arthur Hill, 51, lives at 408 Business Loop W, room 1, at the Two Rivers Inn. He drives a black 2020 Chevrolet Silverado with South Dakota license plate 5BI285.
Hill is described as a white male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 215 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.
Hill was convicted of rape, third degree-incapable of consent in 2009 in Codington County District Court in South Dakota.
Keith Maisel Pray, 39, lives at 1009 12th Ave. SE, room 20, at the Norway Inn. He drives a gray 1999 Dodge Durango with North Dakota license plate 890PSC.
Pray is described as a white male, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
Pray was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 2000 and 2001 in Richland County Juvenile Court in North Dakota.
Pray is on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation.
Timothy Alan Taxis, 58, lives at 516 5th Ave. SE. He drives a gray 1997 Buick LeSabre with North Dakota license 443BPE.
Taxis is described as a white male, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds with hazel eyes and blond or strawberry hair.
Taxis was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1994 in Stutsman County District Court; indecent exposure in 1998, 1999 and 2001 in Jamestown Municipal Court; and indecent exposure in 2003 in Cass County District Court in North Dakota.
Hill, Pray and Taxis have been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.
