Jamestown Jamestown Police is warning the public that a convicted high-risk sex offender has changed his address in Jamestown.

51 year old Daniel Arthur Hill, now lives at the Norway Inn, 1009 12th Ave SE, Room 29.

He drives a black 2020 Chevrolet Silverado with South Dakota license plate 5B1285.

Hill was assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.
