Jamestown (CSi) – The Jamestown City Council unanimously approved at Tuesday’s Regular Meeting July 5, special assessments for the 2021 seal coat, patching, construction and reconstruction district #21-41 in the total amount of over $2.4 million.
The city of Jamestown’s share is over $391,000. More than $2 million will be assessed to benefited properties within the district.
The City Council unanimously approved the advertisement for bids for one tractor for the wastewater department to be used for mowing grass, road grading and snow removal.

The appointment of Leo Ryan to serve as city attorney and city prosecutor and Abbagail Geroux to serve as assistant city attorney and assistant city prosecutor for two-year terms that will expire in 2024.
The appointment of Tonya Duffy to serve as a special city prosecutor for a two-year term that will expire in 2024.
The appointment of David Steele to serve on the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. Board of Directors, and the Stutsman County Zoning Board for a two-year term that will expire in 2024.
