Jamestown (CSi) — The Jamestown area received heavy rainfall early Sunday morning, (.50 inches) prompting Phil Brown Classic tournament director Brett Thielges to announce the last three games of the tournament at Jack Brown Stadium would have been canceled with Standing water on the field not being properly drained in time to host games.

The first game of the day was scheduled to start at 11 a.m. The final game of the tournament was set for 4:30 p.m. with Jamestown playing Carrington.

The Post 14 Eagles play a doubleheader in the Phil Brown Classic. Jamestown faces Perham (MN) at 11:00 AM, later take on Bismarck at 6:00 PM. 

Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Post 14 Eagles will host four teams to Jack Brown Stadium in Jamestown, starting on Friday July 8, 2022 and running through Sunday July 10, for the annual Phil Brown Classic.

Teams will include: Mandan, Bismarck, Carrington, and Perham (MN) that will feature 10 total games across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Games begin at 2:00 PM on Friday with Bismarck versus Carrington Post 25.

At 4:00 PM, Mandan faces Perham then the Jamestown Eagles take on Mandan.

Day two of the tournament begins at 11:00 AM Saturday with Jamestown facing Perham. The Eagles play at 6:00 PM against Bismarck.

Rounding out the action, Jamestown takes on Carrington at 4:30 PM on Sunday.
