(Oakes) The District 6 Babe Ruth baseball tournament gets started Thursday, July 14th at 10 AM in Oakes. The number one seed Edgeley plays Number eight Gwinner.

Fifth-seeded Carrington plays Linton-Ashley-Wishek 30 minutes after the opener between Edgeley and Gwinner.

Following the Carrington game, LaMoure faces Steele before the final game of the opening round with Oakes playing Lisbon. Five games will be played on Thursday and Friday, three games on Saturday, and the potential for two games on Sunday.
