JPD3Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Aug 15, 2013) — Jamestown Police report an individual was taken into custody on Tuesday, after allegedly confronting a group of 13 teens and young adults.

Police Chief Scott Edinger, says 40 year old Phillip Moore of Jamestown allegedly confronted the between the ages of 16 and 20, in the north city parking lot west of First Avenue at about 9:30 p.m., and allegedly pull a gun.

A 9-1-1 call was placed and five city police officers responded. Moore was taken into custody in the 800 block of Second Ave Southwest without incident. The case has been referred to the Stutsman County State’s Attorney for possible formal charges.
