Jamestown, ND  (KCSi-T.V. News)  —  The 23rdAnnual All Veterans Picnic is scheduled for Sunday, August 26, 2012 at the VFW Memorial Park,3 miles north of Jamestown on Highway 20 and west on 31st Street.

The picnic will begin at 12 noon with a concert by the Jamestown Drum and Bugle Corp. 

The flag raising ceremony will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. with the picnic following.

The picnic will feature fried chicken, salads, dessert and beverage, plates and utensils will be furnished. 

Bingo and other games will be available.  Suggested donation $3 per person.

All veterans and their families are invited to attend the picnic.  A free will offering will be accepted.

 This event is sponsored by the Jamestown Patriotic Council whose members are from the VFW, American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, Vietnam Vets, 40 & 8, Fort Seward Regimental Army and their Auxiliaries.
