SAN ANTONIO, TX (CSi) NuStar Energy that operates two terminals in Jamestown, plans to shut down the north terminal later this year. They also operate the east terminal.
NuStar spokesman Chris Cho said after conducting a thorough business analysis, they plan to create a more efficient operation for customers, employees and company by combining all activities at our Jamestown East terminal.
Cho said we are currently making modifications to our Jamestown East terminal that will accommodate this transition, which they expect will happen by the end of this year.
He said they are working closely with our customers to make this a seamless transition that will enable us to create more business opportunities while maintaining an efficient cost structure. There will be no impact to employees or the community.
